Terms of Service
It is your responsibility to be aware of and follow my TOS when interacting with me, especially if you plan on doing business with me. Failing to follow my TOS will result in a ban, block, and you to be added to my blacklist, which means you will not be allowed to receive any art of mine. Those who share my art and designs to blacklisted users will also be blacklisted.
All of my art and designs [unless discussed beforehand,] will be posted publicly on my platforms. PLEASE TELL ME BEFORE I START WORKING WHETHER I MAY SHARE OR NOT.

Transactions and Offering

Payments must be made before I begin and after I finish [50% before starting 50% after finishing] using PayPal.

I will be sending wips as I complete commissions/customs. Let me know immediately if you would like any changes.
Do not alter any of my work in any way without permission.
Know that 100% refunds will be rare, unless I haven't started working.
Offering art and characters is okay but I will be VERY picky for both. I will likely take pop designers and fully rendered drawings/animations of my ocs.

Any of my artwork that you acquire [commission, OC trade, etc] is for personal use ONLY. Do NOT profit off of my work in any way. [Can be discussed.]
Any use of my personal art [my own OC's or vent art] without permission is automatic blacklist. NO WARNINGS.
Similarly to personal art, any use of commissioned art that doesn't have your characters in it will get blacklisted. I will first dm you and the commissioner to see if they gave permission for you to use.
Changes in commissions can be made during the sketching stage. any major changes later on [after lineart] will come with a charge.
I may reject your commission if I feel as though I can't complete it or if I don't feel comfortable drawing what you commissioned.Characters and Customs
Do not sell any of my designs for over their actual worth. Their total worth will be the character's base price + worth of any personal art and commissions you get for them.
My designs are for personal use only.
I'd prefer if my designs were traded exclusively on Toyhouse so I can keep track of them. If you plan on setting a design of mine on auth only, PLEASE give me a key. Do NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES delete a character.
Co-Owning is okay as long as the character either stays in one toyhouse profile or their profiles are linked. Before co-owning tell me ahead of time.
If altering the design in any way, do NOT delete my art of them. Hiding/privating is okay but do not delete.
